The Edwards Charitable Foundation is a newly formed and approved 501 (3)(c) by the Internal Revenue Service and by the State of California Attorney General Charity Registration, this approval occurred in the summer of 2017. The ECF is a California Foundation that will mainly provide charitable dollars within the State of Montana. It is our intention to grant charitable dollars to smaller charities that qualitfy with our areas of interest.
The Edwards Charitable Foundation will provide preference for charitable organizations that have charitable purposes benefiting the geographical area of the State of Montana and particularly in Lake County and surrounding areas. All grant applications must be accompanied with a copy of the IRS letter of approval indicating your 501 (c)(3) status.
